International Symposium on Endovascular Therapeutics - SITEUpdate 2018

After two successful previous editions (May 2014 and May 2016), SITEupdate is coming back again by the Endovascular Foundation organization, with new ideas and discussions, beyond the evidence.

This is a fresh formula for a useful expert event. In only one day, Faculty in conjunction with an International Expert Audience (physicians, engineers, industry managers), we will review the unmet needs concerning two dynamic Focuses: Aorta repair and lower limb revascularization. The main objective is to identify current limitations and propose future directions.

For this new edition, we will have similar format than the previous ones. There will be no classical ppt presentations. No exhibits. Only a main script will be followed. A selected group of Committed Medical Device Companies is invited to share their pipelines and new concepts during the CONFIDENTIAL SESSIONS. These sessions could be supported with ppt presentations.

All the participants are experts on endovascular procedures, bioengineering, industry management, technological evaluation, and health management administration. All of them will interact during the discussion periods. A multilateral brainstorming is expected following a clear hot script and driven by two moderators in an academic atmosphere.

This year we include a pre-meeting workshop the day before, for a selected small group of young vascular specialists. New talents are needed. These young specialists are also invited as active audience.

All the sessions, except for the confidential ones, will be recorded and uploaded on www.endovascular.tv. Streaming platform and free Wi-Fi connection are provided.
