EVC 2022, 25th European Vascular Course

Following the fantastic digital LIVE hands-on workshop experience earlier this year (see movie), we are now heading for our 25th conventional EVC training event. The 2019 movie (click here) illustrates how our traditional EVC-ECC looks like.

However, the COVID-19 pandemic is still very active, causing an excessive burden on the society and in particular the medical health systems. It is to be expected that the situation will last for a couple of months and that restrictions will dictate our daily activities. We therefore decided to move EVC-ECC to June 12-14, 2022.

The scientific program is already available and consists of invited lectures on arterial, venous, vascular access and cardiovascular topics. The practical program will contain more than 250 workshops on surgical anatomy, diagnostics, medical management, decision-making, simulation, team training, open and endovascular techniques and scientific writing. The entire workshop program will be available early 2022.

Like previous years, the UEMS Section and Board of Vascular Surgery organizes the European Examinations for vascular surgery at EVC, one day before the start of the meeting (Saturday, June 11, 2022). Candidates can register at www.uemsvascular.com.
